Whispers of secret alliances have been growing and the war against the Garamedri, Torva Hydax and the Raxon have been wearing down resources of many divisions. Tests being made of newer expanders and weapons isn’t uncommon as newer models are produced. However it is very uncommon for any division to have not shared this with E.D.E.Ns Council. Testing Asteroid Base, Sortie 7 is a location used by several divisions, but Crimson Star has been rumored to have been using it to built and test something unheard of. This has sparked the attention of Alpha Turbine. The head of Alpha Turbine, Councilwoman,  Mariana Lucinda is personally troubled by this and is personally investigating this matter.
